The Quest

One of the most anticipated academic competition across continents, the Quest provides opportunities for creativity, problem solving and team work, offering the level of challenge that foster outstanding achievement.

Each year, inspired by a different overarching theme, from Journey to the Centre of the World, to Infinite Potentiality, from Myths around Us to Illusion and Reality the Quest incorporates the main disciplines of Mathematics, Sciences and Humanities in a journey of discovery. The Quest Preliminary Challenge is offered over two days. The first day of the Preliminary Quest will prepare the teams for the challenge, rotating through the three learning areas as they are introduced to their focus topics. On the second day, in a similar rotation system, the challenge itself is provided.

In partnership with a number of universities, such as The University of Queensland, University of Southern Queensland, Australian Catholic University, Wollongong University, Monash University, the Quest competition is offered in Australia and Internationally.
A chance to demonstrate school pride in a competitive environment, Quest ignites passions, strengthens focus and challenges boundaries of learning, giving gifted students the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of their own ability.
